You may call it
a midlife
crisis.

But I call it
a midlife
awakening.

Have you ever looked back and wondered what went wrong?

No One Dies From Love – a beautifully raw collection of poems journeying through love, betrayal, heartbreak, and renewal.

Through her eloquent and descriptive prose, Chelsey Marie shows us that we can be strong and flawed, vulnerable and deserving. Her poetry dissects the evolution of a failed relationship and all that was gained through its loss.

“This was a beautiful book of poems – the author crafted a compelling narrative of love, betrayal, community, resilience, and healing all through poetry. I would recommend to anyone who has ever been heartbroken, even if it is not a romantic heartbreak. There is a takeaway from here for everyone on working through the hard times, honing your sense of self, and moving on.”

Chelsey’s Story

An attorney by trade, a former active duty service member, and a passionate world traveler, Chelsey Marie wrote her first anthology while processing the dissolution of a pivotal romantic relationship that ended in heartbreak and renewal. She discovered the transformative power of poetry through the grieving process and the resilience that can be found in writing. Often described by her father as a “nomad,” she and her dog Daisy are embarking on their next chapter with exciting things to come.
